How to Book your class
To reserve your cooking class in Essaouira, please contact me by WhatsApp, email or through the website booking form. I only offer one class per day to keep the experience personal and intimate — so it is wise to book your spot in advance!
Meet Fatima at 9:30 am - 15:00 pm
Your culinary adventure starts first thing in the morning. We meet at the gate of the Essaouira medina and head straight to the souk to pick out the freshest ingredients of the day. Mornings are the best time — the vegetables are at their peak, the spice stalls fill the air with incredible aromas, and the market is still calm.
I will walk you through the full experience and let you choose your own menu: a soup or salad to start, a main course and a Moroccan dessert.

Hands-on cooking
My goal is to give you a real, hands-on Moroccan cooking experience — not just watching, but actually doing. We cook every dish together, step by step, while I share the stories and cultural traditions behind each recipe. You will leave with the full recipes to recreate them back home.
Eating Together Around The Table
Once everything is ready, we move from the kitchen into the family living room and sit down around a traditional round table to enjoy everything we have cooked together. This warm and convivial moment is often the one guests remember the longest after their trip.
Once the meal is over, we say goodbye — and hopefully, see you again soon!
